As the famous quote of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry from The Little Prince goes – which we totally believe in – we become forever responsible for the ones who we form a bond with. The same goes with our coworkers – people we spend the majority of our days with in order to reach mutual goals for our brand. Therefore, it is important to find time and learn more about the ones who surround us, help each other grow and take care of one another.
We decided to celebrate our team and build beautiful memories together, which would become a solid foundation for our future works. We believe that where is a strong team, the success will always follow. This summer, we went on a kayak trip and spent some real quality time together. The main goal of our trip was to express our gratitude to each other and learn more about one another.
There is a saying that people reveal their true colors while on a trip together. Sometimes it can be a deal breaker, but more often – if people manage to coexist in the most difficult and challenging situations, it helps to make the bond between them even stronger. We believe that in order to work together successfully, we have to see all our angles in a clear daylight and be able to deal with it. Also, we wanted to spend some time together, without rushing into our daily tasks and works, as we usually do.
Being far away from our workplace allowed us to completely reset our minds and prepare for what’s to come. Breathtaking views, challenging situations and quality time spent together has enriched and inspired us for the future. We value each member of our team and care about their life quality, ability to find balance between life and work. Therefore, we saw this team building project as a never-ending project of life. Or maybe the biggest one?
