• Orders cannot be canceled once items have shipped.

• Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.
• Please wait for our reply before shipping anything back. Unapproved returns may be refused.
• Once approved, please send your return within 30 days of delivery.
• Returns must meet the conditions below to be accepted.

We cannot accept returns for the following, unless damaged or defective:

• Customized or personalized items
• Donation or sale items marked as FINAL SALE
• Gift cards
• Orders made with retroactive or expired discounts

• You are responsible for return shipping costs to Lithuania.
• Items must be in original, unworn condition (except for trying on), unwashed, with all tags intact.
• If not returned in original condition, a partial refund may apply (as agreed).

• Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
• Return and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We do not refund uncollected parcels or damage/loss during return transit.
• If approved, refunds are made to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

• We describe and photograph items with care. If unsure, please ask us before ordering.
• Actual colors may slightly differ due to screen settings or lighting.
• If you’re unhappy with your order, reach out—we’ll do our best to make it right.
• Returned items must be clean, undamaged, and with original labels.
