📦 U.S. SHIPMENTS – DDP & TARIFF UPDATE:
All shipments to the U.S. are now sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means we take care of all import duties and tariffs at the time of shipping—you won't need to pay anything upon delivery.
However, due to new U.S. tariff regulations and increased parcel traffic, delivery delays may occur within U.S. customs or local carriers. These delays are often caused by customs congestion, postal overload, or evolving import procedures.
While we do everything we can to ensure smooth delivery, we kindly ask for your understanding that any delays after shipment—especially within U.S. institutions—are beyond our control.

TAXES, DUTIES, CUSTOMS FEES:
We are not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or local taxes unless otherwise noted below. These charges vary by country and are set by your local government.
We do collect and remit taxes for the following countries:
- United States – Sales Tax is collected in: GA, IL, MI, MN, NJ, NC, OH, VA, WA, WI.
- Canada – Federal and provincial sales taxes are collected and remitted.
- United Kingdom – VAT collected on orders up to 135 GBP. Over 135 GBP: VAT is paid on delivery.
- Norway – VAT is collected and remitted.
- Australia – GST is collected and remitted. Additional duties may apply on delivery.
- New Zealand – We do not collect GST. Taxes are paid on delivery.
- European Union – VAT is included in the product price and remitted to your local tax authority.
- Other Countries – We do not collect taxes or duties. Customers are responsible for any charges on delivery.
All items are shipped from Lithuania (EU).
PRODUCTION TIMELINES:
Every item is made to order by hand in Lithuania—cut, sewn, and double-washed before shipping. We don’t use automated machinery—only skilled hands.
SHIPPING OPTIONS:
- National Registered Post: Affordable; tracking may be limited in some countries.
- DHL or FedEx Express: Faster, tracked service worldwide. Note: these couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES (excluding production):
- National Post: 3–10 business days within Europe, 10–20 business days outside Europe.
- DHL/FedEx: Express: 2–5 business days | Economy: 2–14 business days worldwide.
* Please allow additional time during holidays like Christmas due to courier network delays. We are not responsible for delays once parcels leave our studio.
SHIPPING ADDRESS:
- Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Contact us promptly if you need to change it.
- DHL and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes. If your address includes one, please choose national post at checkout.
