Lorena Salas is a plant-based chef focused on creating healthy and natural desserts that can be enjoyed without guilt by everyone. She is the creator of @datesandavocados, a platform that helps people to learn more about plant-based foods, and the founder of the online cooking school Aurea. Lore has recently moved to Barcelona to open a cooking studio, where she combines her work as a food business consultant with her workshops and courses.
Desserts have always been an important part of Lorena’s family life. She believes that no special occasion is truly special without a great dessert. Yet she also appreciates the importance of a healthy integrated lifestyle, advocating a diet rich in fruits and vegetables as well as the avid pursuit of sports and physical activity.
Lorena has been using our aprons and kitchen towels during her cooking classes for many years and we are truly happy that these pieces are a part of her kitchen where sweet magic begins.
